The position of Account Manager plans, organizes, and controls the activities within a specified area for a variety of clients. This position ensures conformation to all specifications as required by the contract as well as maintains quality standards and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the District Manager.
This person will be responsible for responding to customer's complaints, request for additional service, and any necessary communication needs of our costumer. The Account Manager must respond and follow-through on all commitments of promised service, whether it is one-time jobs, or on-going contracts. Janitorial experience a plus but not required, will train.

Qualifications:
Ability to establish credibility and be decisive as well as be able to recognize and
support the organization's preferences and priorities.
Ability to be persuasive and give leadership to contract labor
Strong communications skills.
Strong work ethic and a do whatever is necessary to get the job done attitude.
May require irregular hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as determined by event schedule.
Can work independently and able to complete time sensitive tasks

Essential Functions:
Communication with Clients and Account Follow-Up
Minor floor equipment repair
Regularly inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness, secure and safe operations.
Take corrective action when appropriate.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
