Our staff of Medical Claims Specialists assist our clients in navigating the sometimes-tricky avenues of filing and maximizing claims on their policies. Its a high-touch, high-engagement position, and one of the most strategic in our organization.
Ideal candidates should be cheerful, able to handle a sizable workload, sincerely interested in helping people, and consistently focused on being a team player. Candidates should have recent relevant experience in an office environment.
Communication is key! You should be well-spoken on the telephone, and a pleasant and competent writing style are important.
Mental clarity and focus is critical. Scatter-brains and happy-go-luckies aren't a fit for this position!
Emotionally strong. This position meets people under less-than-ideal circumstances. A big-hearted person, willing to work with someone through a tough time, is required!
