Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional mannerGreet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming mannerManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emailMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systemsSchedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendarsPrepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentationsCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodationsAssist with the organization of company events and meetingsPerform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxingProvide support to other team members as neededRequirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesDiscretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationHigh school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plusHow to Apply:
