Job Title:
Distribution Project CoordinatorHybrid position (Georgia) located within 50 miles of Valdosta, GA; Albany, GA; Tifton, GA; Banbridge, GA; or Waycross, GA.
The Distribution Project Coordinator will be working within Distribution Project Controls department and responsible for the Valdosta Distribution Area.
Desired skills include familiarity with Distribution systems, engineering principles, electric / electrical operating practices, and construction practices.
Additional preferred experience includes project management skills such as project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and general business operational knowledge.
Experience in the Utilities, Construction, or Power Generation industry is highly preferred, especially experience related to scheduling and dispatching.
Desired Skills:
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the Distribution system, engineering principles, electric operating practices, construction practices, budgeting, scheduling, and general business practices.
Utility / Construction Scheduling and Dispatch experience preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Computer literacy in corporate Microsoft Office applications is required.
The candidate will be responsible for the Valdosta Distribution area and must live within the area footprint.
Preferably within 50 Miles of a headquarters location (Georgia:
Valdosta, Tifton, Banbridge, Albany, Waycross).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
