We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Answering multiple lines, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner as well as taking messages and forwarding calls to voice mail when appropriate.
Opening and closing files.
Scanning and e-filing documents.
Working with clients.
Drafting and mailing out letters.
Running errands (courthouse, bank, mail, etc.
).
Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance
Experience:
Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Good typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma, G.

, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Able to post and update social media accounts.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
