Our Company is a hands-on management company that works daily with our Staff to make sure everyone has the guidance, training, and knowledge needed to grow our communities! We have been in the Mobile Home Community Business for over a decade and work hard to build communities our residents like to call home with managers they can trust! Required skills and
Experience:
Must have previously worked in property management with some basic computer skills, common sense, communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge of property Maintenance and enjoy people.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a Manufactured Home Community, RV park, apartments or hotel/motel.
Bilingual is a PLUS! Knowledge of lawncare maintenance and some basic home maintenance Driver's License (Required) Criminal Background Check (Required) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
All tasks related to maintenance of property and renting mobile homes including lawncare ,walk through inspections, responding to telephone and internet inquiries, greeting prospective residents, touring prospective residents throughout the community Ensure success of marketing efforts by tracking traffic, reviewing ads, and developing potential marketing leads.
Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
Post Evictions and attend Court if needed.
Direct and Assist the Maintenance Team Daily by keeping them motivated, organized, and focused.
Get to know professionally all residents of the community so that they have confidence, respect, and trust in their Community Management Team.
Plan community events to ensure resident retention.
Be Proactive when it comes to maintenance of the property and homes.
