Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, social history, and support systemsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to gather information for treatment planningProvide individual psychotherapy to patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalitiesRespond to crises and emergencies, providing immediate psychological support to patients in distressCollaborate with other mental health professionals and medical staff to manage crisis situationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the psychosocial assessment and ongoing patient needsEngage with patients' families and support systems to provide education, support, and coordination of careConduct psychoeducational sessions to enhance patients' understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategiesOffer education on stress management, communication skills, and relapse preventionJOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THELICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER:
