Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in our Operations Management Trainee Program.
This is an entry level training position and consists of an intensive 16-week training program designed to prepare you for your initial role in operations.
Under the direction of a mentor, your primary responsibility is to learn the basic principles of the transportation industry, efficient cross-dock operations, effective leadership communication, and relationship building skills.
At the completion of the Trainee Program, relocation to another facility for your first leadership role in Operations will be required.
Complete the leadership training program requiring guided, independent study.
Interface with appropriate Support Center and Service Center associates in the completion of various aspects of the training program on a daily basis.
Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
Accompany drivers on local delivery routes to garner an understanding of the freight delivery process on occasion.
For this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2 years of related work experience, an acceptable driving history that meets Company standards, ability and willingness to relocate, strong verbal, written, listening, and communication skills; ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, basic computer skills, very strong work ethic.
Average Annual Starting Pay:
$50,000-$60,000.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
