This position would be managing in/outbound calls, assisting customers with questions, concerns/complaints, and assisting in lead generation.
You will also be responsible for reporting, data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
Pay Range:
$16.
00 -$20.
00 per hour, depending on experience

00 pm Our Ideal Candidate:
Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office setting Must be energetic, charismatic, and possess strong interpersonal skills Must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
