As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the direct line of communication between our Customer Care Team and our local market.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting the local market in maximizing install capacity, reviewing customer projects with Production Managers, and responding to customer inquiries promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Report and manage open order report with current status; Expedite shipments where appropriate Maintain strong working relationships and communications with internal customers & external dealers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
Recognize material problems, review alternatives and make recommendations to improve on time delivery.
Track open orders, communicate lead times/arrival of products to all departments, plan & verify material received meets required specs.
Prepare reports & resolve discrepancies between POs/receipts.
Respond to supplier inquiries, maintain open line of communication with requester, and provide status to Management on all assigned shipments.
Requirements 1-3 years of customer service experience Experience using multiple software applications simultaneously to complete tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and clients Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Dependable and responsive with follow-ups Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations Benefits $24.
