All About You
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
Their duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
They work closely with HR personnel to ensure that they maintain organized employee files and HR records.
Their job is to review employee feedback and strategize about HR programs to benefit workplace culture.
Reporting of regulatory and corporate reports, FAA drug testing program to including periodic audits to vendor to ensure compliance.
Also responsible for procedures, postings, training, and documentation as required.
Advise team members on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters.
Examines unemployment compensation claims, identifies and forwards discrepancies in claims; compiles data on claims and secures witnesses for unemployment compensation claims hearings.
Continuously engaging with department contacts and making regular visits to ensure understanding of processes and give support for one-on-one training and questions.
Facilitates human resource transactions, including promotions, demotions, transfers; terminations and maintenance of relevant documents and records.
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
Coordinate in-house communication & community communication programs.
Assist with the development & administration of all aspects of the company's training and development program.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field or Associates Degree.
HRCI certification a plus.
Three to five years of related experience within a manufacturing facility with increasing levels of responsibility desired.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
