Responsibilities for this position includes:
Maintaining a caseload of 35 - 40 individuals Maintain a current knowledge of all state standards, guidelines, policy and procedures as related to service provision to the individuals with disabilities Communicate the mission and vision of PCSA to participants, families as well as community providers when conducting company business Attend meetings with families, providers or to the region when requested by the Area or General Manager To be detail-oriented, a requirement necessary for weekly documentation Be able to independently manage time to fulfill a productive workday while meeting established benchmarks.
